I fasted with T1 taking nothing but water and T1 for 30 days. During workout moments either at the gym or at the home of friends, I was able to out work everyone. I didn't feel stiff as soon as I usually would and my recovery rate was super awesome. During a test just to see how long I could work out, I got up to 8 hours with a lot of energy left.
